ENTRY FEES.

At concerts, the entry fees will be 5€ [Friday: including Open Stage, Saturday: including Party] -if you want to donate something to Ladyfest Bielefeld and with this donation support it, feel free to do so!

Concerning the entry fees for exhibtions, the lectures + the filmprogramme: give as much as you like/can- from 0€ to?

Concerning the workshops+discussion: free entry: we try our best to sponsor all materials necessar. At the Sewing respectively the Silk-screen-printing workshop you will maybe have to pay about 5€.

PHOTOGRAPHERS+PRESS.

Dear photographers and other recorders,
As you know, not everybody wants to have his/her picture taken.
We therefore ask you to pay attention to the following at Ladyfest Bielefeld:

- All those who want to take pictures [both private persons and press photographers] have to ask us, the Ladyfest-Orga-Team, first, concerning arrangements etc. More information and people who can tell you more at the Ladyfest-Homebase [AJZ-Kneipe].
- Please, respect if people ask you not to take pictures of them.

Even if you can't imagine this: there are people who simply don't like to have there picture taken and/or don't want to/may not appear on pictures because of their personal and/or political situation.
Please, respect this, and don't simply ignore it!

Naturally, the same goes for audio-recording and filming.

The Homebase will be daily opened from 10 am - 6 pm. It will be the Ladyfest-Info-Point, Café, Bar, Exhibition-room, etc. etc.

OPEN STAGE.

The OPEN STAGE for [female/queer] bands/musicians will take place on September the 16th, from 6 to 10 pm. OPEN STAGE means to be open in many senses: it might be: my first gig, finally dared to..., want to go on stage at the Ladyfest etc.

Important: OPEN STAGE is open indeed, but we decided to work with applications, because time will be limited. We try hard to make a gig possible for everyone. Up to now, there are 4 acts.

CATERING.

Every morning [from Friday to Sunday] we will offer breakfast at the Homebase [AJZ-Kneipe]. Furthermore there will be a daily VoKü. Prices haven't been fixed yet, most likely they will range from 2-4€ per breakfast/dish.

Prices for drinks/beverages will be the accustomed [low] AJZ-prizes.
