FOR WHOM IS LADYFEST?.

For everybody:
- who does not want to be pushed in a certain category and who wants to organize a Ladyfest out of a queer/feminist context.
- who defines herself/himself/itself as woman/lesbian/trans/intersex/queer for personal and political reasons
- who is interested in our concept and would like to support the Ladyfest with visiting our events.

For all events it is important to know that they might be not open for "all" but only for certain groups. This will be announced in the programm.

A statement to the topic categories:
"Categories are constructions which are forced on people based on their assumed sexuality, colour, education, biography. But they have a "real" impact on people's lives and their privileges (access to jobs, public spaces, legal papers and other resources). Therefore we support it if people get together under a certain label to speak from their point of view."
